The two hour one-on-one guided forest bathing includes a full 90 minute meditative walk around the lake followed by a relaxing tea ceremony. You may bring up to one guest free. For three or more guests, please book a private group. Thank you.

Begin your journey with a brief gathering to set our expectations and intentions and align with the natural rhythm of the day. Then, you will enjoy an immersive, guided two-hour meditative walk around the lake, allowing the sights, sounds, and stillness of nature to guide you inward. The walk is followed by a sacred Homa fire ceremony to invite peace and clarity. A light vegetarian snack will nurture your body, and a calming tea ceremony will gently conclude the experience. You are welcome to bring one guest at no additional cost; for groups of three or more, we invite you to reserve a private guided retreat.

After a brief meeting to set expectations and outline our intentions for the journey, we will embark on a two-hour guided meditative walk around the lake. The walk is followed by a sacred Homa fire ceremony to invite peace, a light vegetarian snack, and a calming tea ceremony to conclude our gathering. Afterward, you are free to retrace your steps to your favorite spot to reflect and meditate in nature. Two kayaks are also available at no extra charge to explore the lake. A Personalized Nature Immersion Experience
At Ichetucknee Yoga Club, we offer deeply personalized 1-on-1 Forest Bathing sessions designed to help you reconnect with nature in a meaningful and restorative way. Each session lasts 3–4 hours, allowing ample time to slow down, breathe, and immerse yourself fully in the healing environment of our 40-acre property.
🌲 A Customized Journey Just for You
Every person experiences nature differently, which is why your session begins with a brief assessment of your needs, experience level, and intentions for the day. Whether you seek stress relief, grounding, emotional clarity, mindfulness practice, or simply time away from daily demands, your guide will tailor the experience to support those goals.
We offer three trail difficulty levels so every participant—from beginners to seasoned hikers—can enjoy a safe and comfortable journey:
- Green Trail — Gentle pathways ideal for beginners or those wanting a slow, meditative pace.
- Yellow Trail — Moderate terrain with a mix of open space and forest cover.
- Red Trail — More adventurous routes for those wanting a deeper, more dynamic nature immersion.
🌿 Immersion Around the Lake
Your forest bathing journey takes you around our beautiful spring-fed lake, weaving through our beautiful juniper forests and offering countless opportunities to pause, observe, and connect.
Along the way, we’ll stop often to heighten the senses and absorb the environment—breathing deeply, noticing textures, colors, sounds, and movement. You may encounter:
- Songbirds and wading birds
- Butterflies and dragonflies
- Deer, turkey, and rabbits
- Turtles, fish, and other lake life
These pauses are intentional, helping you shift from “doing” to being, and allowing nature to gently restore the mind and nervous system.
🚿 Optional Private Shower
After completing the meditative walk, you may choose to enjoy an optional hot private shower, allowing the body to relax even further and helping seal the experience with warmth and comfort.
🍵 Japanese Tea Ceremony at the Pavilion
To close the session, we gather at the yoga pavilion overlooking the lake for a quiet, peaceful Japanese-style tea ceremony. This final reflection helps integrate the insights, sensations, and emotional experiences from the day—bringing the journey full circle.
