Half-Day Restoration Experience at the Lake

Begin your reset with a caffeine-free tea ceremony, easing into stillness before the deeper practices begin. You’ll have the option of a floral blooming tea or a more traditional pu-erh tea ceremony, both designed to gently ground the body and quiet the mind.

Step Into Deep Relaxation

From there, transition into a 1-hour Nidra Yoga session with pranayama, guided by Michael “Noah,” held in our open-air lakeside yoga pavilion. This includes a deeply calming body scan and breathwork designed to shift your nervous system into a restorative state.

Immediately following, you’ll remain resting as the experience flows into a 30-minute crystal singing bowl session, offering gentle chakra balancing through sound—a seamless continuation of the relaxation you’ve already dropped into.


Move Into Nature

Once fully grounded, Noah will guide you through a 1-hour meditative walk around the lake. You’ll choose your pace and path—green, yellow, or red trails—each offering a slightly different rhythm and feel through the cedar forest and lakeside views.

After the walk, your experience opens up into 90 minutes of kayaking on our private 8-acre spring-fed lake. This is your time to explore, float, or simply sit on the water and take it all in.
